We do not rent by the hour, our inflatable rentals are from 8-10hrs long.

We recommend to reserve a product at least one week in advance since our inventory usually runs out quickly. Reservations for park orders must be made at least three days prior to the event to allow for insurance processing.
Yes! We only offer free delivery within our 5 mile radius, anything over is $1.50/mile.
Yes we deliver to all parks that allow inflatables. Make sure you obtain the proper park permit to have an inflatable jumper at your event. It's your responsibility to get a permit.
No, it's not included. A generator is required if the place where you are setting up the rental equipment does not have access to electrical power.
If you have your own generator and would like to use it instead of renting one, you must contact us to make sure it has adequate power to run the rental equipment without damaging it.
Yes, tipping is greatly appreciated by our drivers. Party rentals are considered a service since you technically do not purchase anything nor pay sales tax because of it.
Yes. A non-refundable deposit is required to book any rental. See our Contract and Terms of Service.
Pick up window is between 7:00pm and 10:30pm. In the event that we cannot get to you at a reasonably hour all equipment will be picked up by our crew the next day.
We do not work by appointment time but let us know at what time you need your rentals delivered or picked up and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Yes, we deliver and set up everything except for tables and chairs.
It is the customer's responsibility to let us know what surface we are setting up on.
Inflatables are great for all ages! Certain inflatables are better suitable for young children, while others are better for older children or adults. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to contact us.
We use Simple Green to sanitize all surfaces.
Yes we work with other vendors. Please contact us for your specific needs.
Cancellation and Rain Policy: This contract, after signing, is a legal and binding contract. To cancel or reschedule, sufficient notice must be given - at least 72 hours prior to start of your event. Cancellation of event with less than 72 hour notice forfeits entire deposit. Cancellation after set-up has begun forfeits any refund. Exceptions are made for cancellations on Rainy or Inclement weather days. Postponement of event with at least 1-week notice may entitle you to use all or part of your deposit towards a timely rescheduled event at our discretion. Any rescheduled event is subject to availability of activities at the time of notification of postponement. See our Contract and Terms of Service.
